Yes, a 30% deposit required if you would like to reserve the day/time that you want to shoot. If your schedule can be tricky and you’re not sure if you’ll be able to shoot on the planned day then contact us directly and we can informally schedule something but, without a deposit/reservation to hold your spot, we may end up getting booked for another shoot on your preferred day/time.

In preparation for your shoot, please think of the following things: hair touch-ups, waxing, manicure and pedicure, eyebrow shaping, and moisturising. You need to bring your own lingerie to the photoshoot. Select outfits that suit your personality and body shape, and complement your skin tone. We will send you our Client Guide which goes into further detail regarding preparation.

Absolutely. Things come up and sometimes a date no longer works, so we’re happy to make the changes for you. You can reschedule your shoot once without penalty with a minimum of 5 days’ notice. If you need to reschedule with less than 5 days’ notice, 50% of your balance is due in order to reschedule your shoot day. Any balance paid is not refundable or transferable if you decide to cancel or you don’t show up for your appointment. When you sign your contract, we block off those hours to shoot with you, thus turning away other people interested in shooting that day.

In most cases, yes. Removal of acne, acne scarring, stretch marks, and cellulite is part of the retouching process. What we don’t do is put your face on someone else’s body or ‘take off’ 30 lbs. If there is something you feel self-conscious about, we can use poses and lighting to emphasise your best features instead. Tattoo removal can be part of the retouch upon request, but it will not be included in the unedited photos. Most tattoos can be removed to look like they were never there, or they can just have an obvious blur put over them so that your clients can see that you have tattoos but won’t be able to tell what they are. This service usually has no extra fee, but for very large pieces, such as sleeves, there may be an extra fee. If you would like your tattoo(s) removed but aren’t sure if it’s extensive enough to incur an extra fee, please just ask in advance.

Yes, this is done as part of the retouching process upon request (for no extra fee), however it will not be included in the unedited photos. Just let us know in advance that you would like your facial details obscured and we can come up with ways during the shoot to keep it a mystery through use of angles and/or masks, and any images that do show your face can be censored digitally in the manner of your choosing.

Within 3 working days of shooting, you will receive a link to a private (password protected) online gallery where you can see all of the unedited images, as well as choose which images you would like retouched.

At this point of time we do not have such, but we have a suggestion to rent super luxurious appartments, as well as a modern studio for a small amount in Sofia and London!
